PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing payments for purchases made on the website singletshirt.in (“Website/Platform”), operated by SINGLE TSHIRT, c/o Eragam Enterprises, an e-commerce entity having its business address at 1160, Basement Floor, 22nd Cross Road, Near BDA Complex (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By making a purchase on the Website, You (“User”, “Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to abide by the terms of this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of the User Agreement and must be read together with the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following modes of payment, subject to availability and integration:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, etc.)

• Debit Cards issued by Indian and international banks

• Net Banking via major banks

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

• Cash on Delivery (if applicable, subject to serviceability and order value limits)

• International payment methods (if enabled)

The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict any payment methods at its sole discretion.

2. PAYMENT GATEWAY

All online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, including but not limited to Razorpay. By using the payment gateway, You agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of such third-party providers. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, failure, error, or technical issue arising out of the payment gateway’s operations.

3. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices for Products are displayed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout. Taxes, duties, or levies (including GST) are applied in accordance with Applicable Law. The final amount payable by the Customer shall be displayed before order confirmation.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Orders are accepted only upon successful receipt of payment, unless Cash on Delivery is selected (if applicable). For prepaid orders, payment must be received in full before processing and dispatch of Products. In case of payment failure, the order shall not be deemed confirmed. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received, is incomplete, or is suspected of fraud.

5. SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

All online payments are encrypted using industry-standard SSL protocols. Customers must ensure that they use genuine banking instruments and authorized devices for making payments. The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or review any order in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of law. Any attempt to use stolen cards, fraudulent UPI accounts, or chargebacks without merit shall be subject to legal action.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD may be offered at the discretion of the Company for certain pin codes, product categories, or order values. Additional service fees may apply for COD orders. Customers must pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may result in account suspension.

7. INVOICING & TAXES

A valid invoice shall be generated and provided to the Customer for each purchase in accordance with Applicable Law. Invoices shall reflect the price of Products, applicable taxes (GST), and shipping charges, if any. Customers are responsible for compliance with their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

8. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by the Company’s Refund Policy. The Company shall not be liable for delays in refunds caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party providers. Unauthorized chargebacks raised by Customers may result in legal proceedings and blacklisting of the User account.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in payment processing attributable to banks, payment gateways, or telecom networks. Unauthorized access to Customer payment data beyond the Company’s reasonable control. The Company’s liability in case of proven payment-related issues shall be limited to the actual amount received by the Company for the disputed transaction.

10. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Website following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
