By purchasing Products on the Website, You (“User”, “Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the User Agreement, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

• The Company currently ships Products to locations within India.

• Orders placed for non-serviceable pin codes or addresses may be cancelled, and payments, if any, shall be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

• International shipping is not currently offered.

2. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Standard dispatch timelines: 3-4 business days from order confirmation.

• Delivery timelines vary depending on shipping address, courier availability, and external factors. Estimated delivery time shall be displayed at checkout.

• Orders may experience delays due to natural calamities, strikes, courier disruptions, or unforeseen events or pandemic situations. The Company shall not be liable for such delays beyond its reasonable control.

• Pre-order or made-to-order Products may have extended timelines, which shall be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

• The Company partners with reputed third-party courier/logistics providers, including but not limited to Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart.

• While the Company undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure reliable delivery, responsibility for transit lies with the logistics provider once the Product has been dispatched.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

• Free shipping may be offered on promotional terms or above certain order values, at the sole discretion of the Company.

• Any additional charges such as customs duties, entry taxes, or local levies shall be borne by the Customer.

5. ORDER TRACKING

• Once dispatched, Customers shall be provided with a tracking ID and link to monitor shipment status.

• Tracking updates are dependent on the logistics partner’s systems. The Company shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information.

6. FAILED DELIVERY & RE-ATTEMPTS

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of Customer, or refusal to accept delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

• Additional charges for re-attempts or address modifications may be levied to the Customer.

• In case of non-delivery despite multiple attempts, the Product may be returned to the Company, and refund, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS

• Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

• If the package is found to be damaged, tampered, or open, Customers should refuse to accept delivery and immediately inform the Company.

• Claims for damaged or missing Products after acceptance of delivery shall be processed as per the Refund Policy.

8. RISK OF LOSS

• Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer upon delivery at the specified address.

• Title to Products passes only upon full payment and delivery.

• The Company’s liability for any shipping-related claims shall be limited to the amount paid as shipping charges for the affected order.
